I was trying to dock the Connections panel to the SIDE for my widescreen monitor and couldn't figure out how to do it. It's just hogging my already vertically-limited real estate, but I don't want to hide it.

Is there a trick to giving it horizontal docking as opposed to vertical? Thanks guys!

Nope. It's permanently attached to the bottom...

How about an option to undock the connections window so you can put it anywhere you want? It would be free-floating and could only be docked in its original location and have it's own taskbar button. In theory, I imagine you could even place it on a separate monitor...
