I am having trouble with the 3.0.6.1 beta. All the connections keep getting stuck in idle. They never close. Jobs are in the queue ready to go. If I close and reopen NMP they start up again, but get stuck a few minutes later.

My work around is to revert to the 3.0.6.0 beta, which doesn' seem to have this issue.

Already resolved for the next beta, as far as I can tell. I think the fix resolves:

* Connection idling instead of downloading while jobs are pending
* Slowdowns in throughput while downloading

I'll try to get the next beta released this week. In the meantime, I'd switch back to 3.0.6.0 or the previous final release.
