If you have any problems getting Newsman Pro to create its initial database, you can use the script contained in the link below and create the initial database manually.
This script will create a database catalog named "NMPDefault". You must edit the script before executing it to specify the location of the database file. If you want to use a different catalog name, change all references to "NMPDefault" to whatever you want to use.
