2 more for you to help arrange your downloaded files,

myZippa at http://www.saintlysoft.com : which packs up dirs of files into zips/rars etc.

To help you actually put the files into dirs automatically, i'd go with Directify at http://www.n37dev.com/Downloads/ .
I'm testing an alpha version of this atm which I guess will be 0.2, it's a massive improvement over 0.1 with some of my suggestions implemented by the authors. If you want it then msg me and I'll email you it back but hopefully the real 0.2 will be out soon.
