Downloaded Files
As articles are downloaded, any attachments that are extracted from messages will be listed in this view:
The attachments are displayed by name and extension. The
last saved location of the attachment will be displayed, as well as the date that the file was saved.
Attachment Status
The status column will display one of the following:
- OK - Indicates that the file has been saved successfully and is still located in its last saved location.
- Not Saved - Indicates that the attachment has been downloaded, but has not been saved as a file on disk.
- Moved/Deleted - Indicates that the file was saved, but that it can no longer be found in its last saved location.
Toolbar and Menu Functions
- Refresh - Refreshes the downloaded files view with the latest information.
- Save File - Saves the currently selected attachment(s) to any location.
- Launch Saved File - Launches the selected attachment.
- Explore Folder - Opens Windows Explorer in the directory where the selected attachment was last saved.
- Delete - Deletes the attachment from disk and/or the associated messages.
