Connect Timeout - The number of milliseconds Newsman should allow to establish a connection with your news servers.

Read Timeout - The number of milliseconds Newsman should allow during a retrieval job before disconnecting with a timeout error.

Size of "small" messages - Sets the size of what Newsman Pro should consider a small message for reserved server connections.

SOCKS Proxy Support - If you connect through a SOCKS proxy, check the "Enable" checkbox and enter your settings.

Limit bandwidth to - By default, Newsman will use as much bandwidth as your news server connections will allow. If you want to reserve some bandwidth for other activities, enter the bandwidth cap you want to allow Newsman here.
